I dont even know where to begin. So if these are out of order my bad. Plus Im just going to list them.
-RELAY FOR LIFE!- it was a blast! This year was a ligit 24 hours. I was up from 8 am on friday to 12 pm on Saturday. I was BEAT! We actually got a few naps in between so it wasnt to shabby. The whole week before I had to work in the Rec office for football sign ups so I was very very tired. The next morning we did a t ball tournament! CAN YOU SAY FIRST EVERY RELAY FOR LIFE T BALL CHAMPIONS!! WHAT WHAT! it was awesome and way fun! A few teams semi ruined the fun and would yell and argue and we were like geez come on its for fun right?! The first game we started beating the other team and we ended up having to run backwards or skipping or hopping the bases. And we couldnt use our mits. And it was way fun! My team was super awesome!!
-WORK WORK WORK- The last two weeks were football registration for South Ogden. Which meant 10 am to 10 pm since I had to ump games at night. Yikes. I worked more these last two weeks than Ive worked this entire year.... times 3... maybe. But I like doing registration and the office work. It was the going to umpire and getting yelled at that wore me out the most. Just one coach just hates me and we all know why... its cause Im a girl. And I love the fact that the big strong dad man coaches try to accuse me of being wrong and in fact Im 100% right on the rules. Then we they acknowledge it they go up to the 15 year old I ump with and tells him I was right. He was super lame. But baseball is almost over! Time for tackle football!!!
-BENEFITS- For the first time ever I am now a full time employee.... with benefits! I hardly know what that even means!!! But I do. I start next week at Professional Office Services or what I like to call P.O.S. HAHA. Its down in Clearfield and they make business cards and batches of paperwork for doctors and dentist and people like them. The job I do is brand new so no one actually knew what the name of it would be and the GM ended up putting down like three job titles so it will be interesting! But Im excited. Sad that I have to leave SOC Rec but hopefully Ill still be able to work sometimes for them. Especially tackle!
-JAKE- Jake left me for Belize the day after Relay. He suprised me and came down to Relay Friday night... hes lucky he did cause I would have been ticked if he didnt show up!!! But he did :) Hes been out in the sun diggin for people or something related to that but NOT DINASAURS! He informs me of that all the time. Hes been gone exactly a week today. He doesnt get any phone service but I did get a little short but sweet email from him during the week. So he hasnt completely forgot about me! He wont be back until July so I got awhile!
So yeah.. that was just everything in a nutshell. It really doesnt seem like alot but man at the time, being so use to not working and not having things to do, then all of a sudden all this was thrown at me.... Kinda wore me out completely. Anyways hopefully things start to slow down so I can take it all in!
